The EUKN authored this research paper in context of the Belgian EU Presidency 2024, addressing the implementation of EU policies on land use, urban and spatial planning and exploring how the Urban Agenda for the EU and intergovernmental cooperation are instrumental to enhancing this. It also provides key recommendations to facilitate a cross-sectoral debate on these topics.
